Power Studio version 1.18.3

Improvements & Bug fixes

• The REST API used the swagger-ui instance hosted by swagger.io. However because of swagger.io starting to enforce strict transport security, it is no longer usable for the locally hosted REST API. Because of this, we have replaced it by a swagger-ui instance hosted at the power-studio.nl domain.
