Radio BOO Selects Power Studio for Full Broadcast Automation

Radio BOO, based in Belgian Limburg, has upgraded its operations with Power Studio, the advanced radio automation software from HOPLA Productions. The station now delivers full broadcasts for its three local editions—Bilzen, Lanaken, and Tongeren—via DAB+ and online streaming.

Power Studio streamlines every aspect of Radio BOO’s operations. It handles automated and live studio playout, playlist and commercial scheduling across all editions, and automatically processes national and regional news. Program creators can also record voice tracks remotely, with the same quality as if they were live in the studio.

The system intelligently switches between non-stop playout, live studio sessions, and on-location broadcasts. Line monitoring is fully automated: in the event of a connection loss, Power Studio immediately takes over the broadcast.

Stability and peace of mind
