Reports
Choose The Right Report
| Report | What it contains |
|---|---|
| Planned commercials overview | Campaign material in blocks that have not been marked as downloaded. |
| Aired commercials overview | Campaign material in blocks marked as downloaded, including future material downloaded early. |
| Day Schedule | The scheduled material for the selected day, presented as a PDF. |
The Aired report is based on download status. It does not compare scheduled items with an independent on-air playback log. Use the station's actual playout evidence when proof of broadcast is required.
After a playout schedule download, material moves between the first two report categories. Viewing or downloading a PDF report does not move material between these categories. A reduced Planned report can therefore reflect delivery to playout rather than lost placements. Check both reports for the same scope before concluding that a booking is incomplete.
Report On A Campaign
- Open Commercials > Campaigns and edit the required campaign.
- Open Reports, then choose Planned commercials overview or Aired commercials overview.
- Select Report on the complete campaign or Report a specific month.
- For a monthly report, choose Select month.
- Enable Compact version if the shorter layout suits the recipient.
- Select Download report and check the PDF's campaign, period and content before sharing it.
The report opens through a separate browser window/tab. If nothing appears, check the browser's blocked-popup or download indication.
Report On An Account
Open Accounts > Accounts, edit the advertiser, then use the same Reports menu. Account reports use a selected month and can include multiple campaigns for that account. Choose Compact version if needed and select Download report.
For a full campaign spanning several months, use its campaign report rather than a single monthly account report.
Report On A Day
Open Schedule, choose the day and select Reports > Schedule. You can also use the report icon in the overview. Check the date before giving the PDF to a presenter or traffic colleague.
Downloading a PDF report does not perform a playout schedule download and does not lock the day by marking it downloaded.
Check Totals And Headers
The full report lists individual material rows, including tag ons. Compare main-spot placements with the campaign's requested count, and inspect tag-on rows separately. Do not compare a raw row count, including tag ons, with a main-placement target without adjustment. The compact report lists distinct block times per day and omits individual material titles; use the full version to inspect variants and tag ons.
The report header uses station reporting details and the customer's visit address. If station branding or contact information is wrong, an Administrator can correct Station Configuration. Correct customer details on the Account.
If a report is empty, check campaign/account selection, month, status filters when finding the campaign, background planning and whether the material is in the other download-status category.
