Reviewing Schedules

Open A Day

  1. Select Schedule in the navigation.
  2. Choose Start date and Period. The period offers 1 Week through 4 Weeks.
  3. Select a day in the resulting list.
  4. Expand an hour panel and inspect the blocks identified by their minute position.
  5. Check Title, Artist and Duration for the material shown. Select a title to open its campaign.

The overview lists existing schedule days. Merely changing the date filter does not generate a new complete schedule. If a required day is absent, check the campaign's status, background notifications and Administrator template setup.

The day screen omits hours and blocks with no scheduled campaign items. An absent hour on this screen does not by itself prove that its hour template is missing. An empty block can also mean that no campaign fits or that planning has not completed.

Review In A Useful Order

  1. Confirm the day and hour before interpreting a block.
  2. Check that the expected campaigns and material appear in allowed hours and blocks.
  3. Check required first/last positions and tag-on arrangement.
  4. Review several days for distribution; one correct block does not establish that the complete booking fits.
  5. Use the campaign's planned and downloaded reports to reconcile totals.
  6. Check full presentation and actual audio at the playout end, including Static items.

The displayed item duration is the stored Duration. Capacity checks use Start next item instead. The screen is not an audio-file probe and does not verify that playout can open a referenced file.

Produce A Review Copy

On the day screen, choose Reports > Schedule to obtain a PDF. The overview also provides a report icon beside each day. Generating this report does not mark the schedule as downloaded for playout.

Use the report for editorial review and handover. Use Download only when you intend to obtain the station's playout export, following Downloading Schedules.
